Galen is a Steadicam and Camera Operator and FAA Certified Drone Pilot based out of Salt Lake City, UT. His genre-spanning 150+ credits over nearly 10 years include work in Features, Music Videos, Commercials, Live Sports/Music and Documentary/Docufollow.
He is also creator of the online community, The Visual Vagabonds.
A background in outdoor action sports and degrees in Broadcast Journalism, Media Arts and Entertainment Mgmt from The University of Montana led him finally to Salt Lake City, UT as he pursued his passion for story telling and filmmaking. This unique background combined with a growing technical knowledge give Galen the ability to move quickly and precisely and find perspectives you might not otherwise get on set.
